Open Farm celebrates pet bonds in brand push
The campaign is designed to increase brand awareness and strengthen Open Farm's connection with pet owners
Independent creative agency Guesthouse has developed a global integrated campaign for premium pet food brand Open Farm, marking the company's largest investment in brand marketing since its launch in 2014.
The campaign, titled Pets Are Perfect. So, We Must Be Too., will roll out internationally across television, connected TV, streaming, digital video, out-of-home and social media over the coming months. It is designed to increase brand awareness and strengthen Open Farm's connection with pet owners.
Campaign focuses on everyday pet relationships
The campaign is based on the relationships between pets and their owners, highlighting everyday moments to communicate Open Farm's focus on nutrition, responsible sourcing and ingredient transparency.
Developed by Guesthouse, the work launches with two hero advertisements, Sweet Girl and Cone, which explore the emotional bond between pets and their owners.
Mark Sapir, Chief Marketing Officer, Open Farm: "The best creative doesn't just capture attention, it creates connection. Every pet parent has stories only they could tell, yet almost everyone recognizes themselves in those moments. By celebrating those everyday moments, we're building a brand that's every bit as memorable as the standards behind our food."
Brand campaign supports growth strategy
Open Farm said the campaign represents its largest investment in long-term brand building and is intended to support the company's next phase of growth by increasing awareness and reinforcing trust among consumers.
Isaac Langleben, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Open Farm: "Over the past decade, we've invested relentlessly in building the business the right way—from the quality of our ingredients and the strength of our supply chain to the trust we've earned with pet parents. Exceptional nutrition is the foundation of Open Farm, but enduring brands are built when people understand why you hold yourself to a higher standard. This campaign is about bringing that belief to life in a way that more pet parents will recognize, not just in our food, but in the care behind everything we do."
