AKM expands digital portfolio with three new accounts
Digital marketing agency, AKM, has acquired the digital accounts for Equaliv, Suno, and Descorcha, strengthening its operations in e-commerce and full-funnel conversion strategies.
The agency will lead digital strategy and operations across performance, customer relationship management, and creative development for all three clients.
Juliana Pileggi Suplicy, CEO of AKM: "The return of Suno and Descorcha carries very significant meaning for us. It reflects the trust built over the years and recognition of the work previously delivered. It is especially meaningful to see clients who have already worked with us choose to return to the agency, reaffirming the value of our strategic business perspective and our ability to develop integrated, effective, and results-driven solutions."
Suno returns to AKM’s portfolio
Suno resumes its partnership with AKM, following previous collaborations on infoproduct and launch projects. In 2026, the agency will manage acquisition strategy, conversion funnel operations, CRM, creative development, IT, and business intelligence, with a focus on both acquisition and retention.
Gabriela Pantaleão, Head of Marketing and Sales, Suno: "We are very excited to resume this work with AKM. Our focus is to further strengthen Suno’s digital strategy, expanding investor acquisition and conversion for our subscription products while consolidating our presence across online channels."
Equaliv and Descorcha strengthen AKM’s e-commerce expertise
For wellness brand Equaliv, AKM will oversee performance strategy and e-commerce operations, concentrating on sales growth. The agency’s scope includes strategic planning, conversion funnel management, CRM, performance-driven ad creation, and business intelligence.
Anna Régoli, Digital Manager, Equaliv: "We chose AKM based on the consistency of the proposed planning, which helped us define essential pillars for the sustainable growth of our e-commerce operations. Our expectation is to refine strategies, deepen understanding of the customer purchase journey and scale sales."
Descorcha, the official Concha y Toro e-commerce platform in Brazil, also resumes its partnership with AKM after a break in 2025. The agency will manage the full conversion funnel strategy and operations, focusing on operational efficiency and sustainable growth.
The addition of Equaliv, Suno, and Descorcha follows AKM’s earlier announcement of its renewed partnership with Natura & Avon, further expanding the agency’s client portfolio in 2026.
