GUT appoints Marta Blanco Sampedro as director of communications, Europe
GUT has appointed Marta Blanco Sampedro as Director of Communications in Europe, expanding the agency's strategic leadership across the continent.
In this newly created role, Blanco Sampedro will lead all communications efforts for GUT's European offices, including GUT Amsterdam and GUT Madrid, and report directly to Christine Prins, Global Chief Communications Officer. She will partner closely with Eva Rausch, MD Europe, and key leadership across the offices to elevate brand reputation, attract talent, and support the agency's continued momentum.
Blanco Sampedro brings 15 years of experience in brand building and strategic storytelling across culture, entertainment, and lifestyle. Known for blending cultural insight with business impact, she's played a key role in growing iconic brands that inspire loyalty and drive results.

Before joining GUT, Blanco Sampedro was Managing Director and Client Services Director at Officer & Gentleman in Madrid, where she led communications and strategy for clients such as HBO, Netflix, Prime Video, Inditex, and Nike. Her past experience includes leadership positions at Petermayer and Deveney PR in New Orleans and VICE Media in Madrid, where she managed communications for iconic global brands, including NASA, NBA, NFL, Coca-Cola, Timberland, LVMH, and Samsung.
