Havas Health and Creative Networks have appointed Harriet Flory as global chief communications officer, a role in which she will guide the organisation’s worldwide communications agenda and report to Donna Murphy, global chief executive officer.

Flory will oversee communications strategy for the health and creative divisions, shaping a cohesive global narrative and supporting the networks’ creative and commercial performance.
Communications strategy across divisions
Donna Murphy global chief executive officer, Havas Health and Creative Networks: "As we continue to expand our global influence, we needed a communications leader who brings clarity, cohesion, and creative ambition to how we tell our story. Harriet’s strategic rigour, global experience, and ability to unify teams around a shared narrative make her the right leader to elevate our presence across markets and disciplines."
Flory has more than 20 years of global communications experience, supporting agencies and executives through periods of transformation and growth. She previously ran an independent consultancy advising creative, technology, and marketing agencies on positioning and visibility. Earlier roles include EVP, global head of communications at VaynerX, where she helped raise the company’s international profile, and senior positions at BBDO and Proximity Worldwide, where she contributed to the development of the network’s global communications function.
A global narrative for the networks
Harriet Flory: "Havas has an extraordinary story that’s rooted in creativity, collaboration, and meaningful impact. The opportunity to connect that story across the globe and build a narrative that reflects the full power of the Creative and Health Networks is what drew me here."
Flory will work closely with Charlotte Rambaud, global chief communications officer at Havas, to develop a unified communications framework for the wider organisation, aligning messaging and engagement strategies across audiences and regions.
Strengthening the network’s leadership approach
Her appointment reflects Havas Health and Creative Networks’ focus on connected leadership that supports business growth, creative strength, and cultural relevance for clients worldwide. Flory assumes her role with immediate effect.
