Daughter secures Nomadic account

Creative agency Daughter has been appointed to shape the long-term growth strategy of convenient nourishment brand Nomadic following a three-stage pitch process spanning three months.

The agency will deliver a strategic and creative brand growth project across Nomadic’s UK and Ireland portfolio, focusing on sustained sales growth and stronger category positioning.

Evidence-based approach shapes pitch win

Daughter based its proposal on marketing science principles developed by the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute, applying evidence-based frameworks to brand growth. The agency structured its approach around insight generation, brand positioning, creative platform development and media strategy.

To support delivery, Daughter has formed a partnership with research agency Flume and social and media specialist Stitchy, both experienced in Ehrenberg-based planning.

Building mental and physical availability

The collaboration will centre on creating an insight-led brand platform supported by a defined media strategy, with the aim of increasing mental and physical availability among consumers in the convenient nourishment category.

Lee Jackson, Co-Founder & Strategy Partner, Daughter: "Nomadic is an ambitious brand with a clear growth agenda, and this partnership marks an exciting opportunity to unlock the next stage of its development. Our belief has always been that brilliant different creativity is most powerful when it's grounded in evidence. By applying Ehrenberg principles in a way that's both rigorous and imaginative, we see a significant opportunity to make Nomadic more mentally and physically available to more people, more often."

Tom Price, Head of Commercial, Nomadic: "After strong year on year growth, this is a solid step for Nomadic to take mental availability of the brand to the next level, we are looking forward to investing in the results of the work from Daughter and its associates".

The appointment signals Nomadic’s intent to formalise its growth strategy as competition intensifies within the convenience food sector.
