German operator Ecotel signs distribution agreement with Municall

German operator Ecotel announced it has signed an agreement with sales and consulting company Municall to market cloud and fiber-optic products for business customers. The Munich distributor has almost 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and oversees a Germany-wide network of over 1,000 sales partners .

As part of the new cooperation, all municall partners will have access to the modern telephony and data products from the quality provider Ecotel . The focus is on flexibly scalable SIP and cloud telephony solutions , high- speed VDSL and fiber optic Internet access , as well as secure SDWAN and MPLS solutions for networking company locations.

The innovative portfolio opens up new marketing opportunities for municall partners with clever product features that are particularly important for business customers. Automatic backup functions protect, for example, telephony or data lines from failures, DDoS attacks are warded off in real time and, in conjunction with an ecotel data line, quality of service (QoS) ensures that voice is prioritised.
