Intuit Quickbooks campaign highlights AI–human partnership

FCB has launched a global campaign for Intuit QuickBooks to support the rollout of the Intuit Platform, an AI-powered business management system designed to help businesses and accountants work more efficiently and strategically. The campaign, Outdo It with Intuit, positions the platform as a tool that enhances both human intelligence and AI capability to give users time back for better financial decision-making.

Developed by FCB New York and FCB London, the work highlights how business owners can collaborate seamlessly with QuickBooks’ AI agents to streamline daily operations. The campaign underlines the message that “Whatever is holding you back, you can Outdo It with Intuit”.

Campaign showcases partnership between people and AI

FCB New York created the global platform idea, creative strategy, and TV and VOD assets, while FCB London led social, radio, and influencer activity across the UK and EMEA. The social-first films from FCB London use playful, tech-focused storytelling to illustrate the partnership between human insight and AI capability. These AI-verts feature real businesses, including a retro ski-wear label, a video production company, and a bespoke tent installation firm, all demonstrating how the new Intuit Platform supports their growth.

To build the campaign, FCB London collaborated with 456 Studios and Purple Martin, using a mix of physical production and AI techniques. The team filmed real people and employed AI to place them in settings where the platform has the most impact, from ski slopes and race tracks to tech conventions and a pirate-themed game environment.

Influencers amplify the global launch

A global influencer programme supports the launch, with FCB London working with creators such as Ali Abdaal, Timony Armoo, Kelly Hoppen, Nisha Shah, and Ben Askin to drive reach across EMEA. Additional social teams across the FCB network are also contributing to the roll-out.

Sara Tempest, Head of Marketing at Intuit QuickBooks: “We hear from small business owners every day who feel overwhelmed by the number of tools they're using to keep their business running. On average, our research found that they're losing almost a full working day each week to time spent switching between tools. For many, the technology that was meant to help often ends up adding more work.

“With the new Intuit platform, our goal is simple: to give people back time and clarity. By bringing essential tools together in one unified platform and pairing smart AI with trusted human expertise, we're helping business owners stay in control while easing the pressure of day-to-day tasks. After decades of working alongside small businesses, we know how hard they work, and we're hugely excited to be spreading the word with FCB in a campaign that captures the creativity and disruptive energy that drives entrepreneurs.”

AI drives creative direction

Ben Perez Usher, Creative Director at FCB London: “Everyone in every industry is talking about AI. But QuickBooks' business platform combines Human Intelligence with Artificial Intelligence. So, we thought why not try and make a campaign the same way? 'AI-Verts' was born. Showcasing real businesses and real human insights, with AI bringing their stories to life in crazily disruptive ways. We didn't hide the use of AI, we turned it into a key part of our idea, just like QuickBooks does for its users.”

Content will roll out through December. TV and VOD activity will run in Australia, Canada, the UK, and the US, while social, radio, and influencer content will appear across the UK and EMEA priority markets, including Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, South Africa, and the UAE.
