Bsmart creates 365-film social strategy for Kvibille

In an always on social landscape, visibility is no longer the main challenge. Consistency is. For Kvibille, the question was not how to create the next campaign spike, but how to remain relevant every single day of the year without exhausting audiences or internal teams.

Together with the brand and agency partner The Barn, Bsmart redefined what social content could look like when treated as long term infrastructure rather than short term promotion.

The Challenge: Stay Present Without Fatigue

Many brands operate in bursts. A major campaign creates a spike in visibility, followed by reactive content designed to maintain momentum. Over time, this leads to inconsistency and creative fatigue. Kvibille wanted a different model. One that would allow the brand to show up daily in social feeds while steadily building recognition and equity.

The task was strategic. How do you design continuity at scale without losing freshness?

The Strategy: One System, 365 Expressions

The solution was not to produce more campaigns. It was to build one coherent storytelling system that could stretch across an entire year. The idea was clear and disciplined. Develop 365 short films rooted in the world of Kvibille cheese. Each film would stand alone in the feed, yet together they would form a recognisable visual and tonal universe.

Instead of reinventing the brand month by month, the team defined clear creative boundaries. Within that framework, variation became possible without chaos.

Julia Andersén, CEO, Bsmart “Brands do not need to shout louder. They need to show up more naturally. When you build one strong system, you create room for variation without losing identity.” Some films are playful. Others are minimal. Some focus on appetite appeal and texture. Yet all are unmistakably Kvibille. Over time, repetition becomes familiarity. Familiarity becomes trust.

Execution That Protects the Idea

For Bsmart, execution was about protecting the long term strategy.

Julia: “We were not asking whether each film was bigger or better than the last. We were asking whether it served the year. When everyone understands the long term purpose, decisions become clearer and stronger.”

By designing production around a defined framework, the team ensured that 365 pieces of content felt cohesive rather than fragmented. Social media shifted from being reactive to being intentional. This approach also created flexibility. With a full year structured within one system, Kvibille could respond to seasons and cultural moments without abandoning its core visual language.

Long Term Impact in a Short Form World

Each individual film may last only seconds. But the cumulative effect is where the value lies. Instead of chasing attention through constant reinvention, Kvibille builds attention gradually. Daily presence becomes brand memory.

For Bsmart, the project reflects a broader shift in what brands need from production partners today. Not just creative execution, but system thinking. Not just moments, but momentum. In a short form world, long term consistency is what creates real impact.
