Artlist uses AI tools to power Big Game ad
AI platform for video creation Artlist has taken its first step onto the Big Game advertising stage with a commercial designed to demonstrate how AI can reshape video production timelines and workflows.
The spot was conceived, produced, and executed by Artlist’s in-house team using the company’s own AI tools in under five days. The campaign positions the production process itself as the story, contrasting rapid execution with the longer timelines and higher costs typically associated with Big Game advertising.
Turning production into proof of concept
Rather than focusing on a single narrative, the commercial functions as a live demonstration of Artlist’s technology. The company emphasizes that what traditionally takes months of planning, filming, and post-production was completed in days, using AI-driven tools to reach broadcast standards.
The approach is intended to show that high-quality video production is no longer dependent on extended schedules, large budgets, or access to established studio infrastructure.
Parodying the Big Game advertising playbook
Creatively, the spot parodies several Big Game commercials already airing in 2026, including work from Fanatics, Bud Light, Budweiser, Instacart, and Pepsi. Viewers are shown a behind-the-scenes interpretation of those ads, offering an alternative perspective that reframes familiar executions.
By referencing recognizable campaigns, Artlist positions its work as a commentary on industry norms, using imitation and reinterpretation to underline how production barriers are changing.
Challenging assumptions about speed and access
At the core of the campaign is the argument that speed, production quality, and accessibility are no longer mutually exclusive. Artlist frames AI as a practical production tool rather than a conceptual experiment, asserting that creators can now move from idea to execution without traditional constraints.
The company highlights three themes through the campaign: faster turnaround as a baseline expectation, AI-enabled production suitable for premium placements, and broader access to professional-grade creative tools.
Shahar Aizenberg, Chief Marketing Officer: “We didn’t just want to make an ad; we wanted to prove the speed of execution and show that high-end video production is possible with Artlist. While the soul of creativity is irreplaceable, the old world requires months and massive budgets. With our tools, creators can now do what was once impossible. We are betting on ourselves by using our own platform to deliver a message: the future of video creation is here, it is fast, and it is accessible to everyone.”
