[Vacancy] DPG Media is looking for a Scrummaster

You will be the Scrum Master of three squads of 5 to 6 people that are responsible for the creation of a new environment for subscription management. The new subscription environment consists of an off-the-shelf billing and subscription administration combined with custom built services that are developed using AWS native components.

You will continuously improve and stimulate the self-organizing attitude of your team, making a difference by creating a positive work environment, being ‘the voice of reason’ when the pressure is on, not being afraid of pointing out problems and seeking solutions when necessary.

Who are we?

The teams in our Customer Services Area aim to provide the software needed to enable customer self-service, support the work in our customer centers (500+ agents) and subscription management. You will be part of an area growing to 50+ developers working in several squads and working with different technologies, so there’s plenty of opportunity to learn from your colleagues and to challenge yourself. We work in a scaled agile organisation using Scrum and have a You Build It, You Run It principle (aka DevOps). Within that we give the corresponding responsibility and autonomy to the teams for the products they build and run.

Who you are

• Many years of experience in the IT industry with a bare minimum of 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master, preferably in a large, complex and fast moving organisation where you have dealt with dependencies and other teams.
• Extensive demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master in a scaled agile environment;
• Experience in guiding multiple Agile teams;
• Experience in setting up empowered Product Teams;
• You can dream of the Agile principles, know how to scale Agile and you have a clear idea of ​​what "servant leadership" means;
• Certification as a minimum: PSM II
• Agile mindset, but not looking to run everything by the book
• Can-do & hands-on mentality
• Persuasiveness with strong communication skills
