LoopMe tops IPA media owner rankings
LoopMe has ranked as the top overall media owner in the IPA Digital Media Owners Spring 2026 Survey, reflecting strong satisfaction among agencies and digital specialists.
The survey found that 90.5 percent of respondents rated their overall experience with LoopMe positively, placing it ahead of competitors across the industry.
Consistent performance drives top ranking
Published by the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising, the survey evaluates media owners on service quality and commitment to improving digital standards. LoopMe secured the highest overall position while also leading in categories including ad networks and exchanges, demand-side platforms, and sales houses.
Despite not topping individual service metrics, LoopMe achieved consistently high scores across all categories, including results above 90 percent for understanding its products and ease of sales contact.
Strong competition across categories
Reddit ranked highest among online pure-play media owners, while Mail Metro Media led the crossover media owner category. Other companies achieving overall scores above 80 percent included GumGum, Blis, and Captify.
Blis stood out by leading six individual categories, including understanding client strategies, maintaining regular contact, and building agency partnerships.
Innovation and improvement shape results
TikTok ranked highest for innovation and proactive communication of opportunities, while The Guardian led in professionalism in dispute handling and cross-media understanding. Reddit topped quality of response to briefs, and Captify led ease of sales force contact.
Spotify recorded the most significant improvement since the autumn 2025 survey, increasing its scores by at least 10 percentage points across six categories. Meta, Google, including YouTube, and Teads also showed notable gains.
Industry survey highlights service standards
Amy Lawrence, Head of Digital, EMEA at Publicis Imagine and Chair of the IPA Digital Marketing Group: "In challenging times for the advertising industry, it is vital that agencies understand which media owners are committed to providing a consistently excellent service. It is therefore heartening to see such high standards across the board, and a significant number of media owners improving in many areas. Particular congratulations must go to Loop Me for topping the survey for the first time."
The IPA conducts the Digital Media Owner Survey twice a year, drawing on feedback from agency members who identify their key trading partners. The results reflect aggregated perceptions of the top 25 media owners, with participation influenced by scale as well as service performance.
