VICE Media Group names Kyle Pleva as Vice President of Communications

VICE Media Group, the global multi-platform media company, has announced the appointment of Kyle Pleva as the new Vice President of Corporate Communications for the US.

Pleva, who joins from ViacomCBS, will be responsible for leading VICE Media Group’s US  communications strategy across the organization’s entire portfolio. VICE Media Group is in a period of growth and evolution in the US and globally. Working with the global communications team, Pleva will

support this growth and lead its communications, brand, and reputation strategy across the US to reflect and deliver against the new ambitions for the business.

Prior to joining VICE Media, Pleva worked at ViacomCBS as Senior Director, Communications, working across linear, streaming, news, comedy, drama, reality, and competition series including, Awkwafina is Nora from Queens, Yellowstone, RuPaul’s Drag Race, Drunk History, The Other Two, The Real World, The Opposition with Jordan Klepper and South Park. Earlier in his career, Pleva worked at CBS Television Studios in the communications department.

Pleva will be based in VICE’s headquarters in Brooklyn, New York and will report into London-based Laura Misselbrook, VICE Media Group’s Senior Vice President, Communications, Global.
