Samsung expands Micro RGB visibility with outdoor ads
The campaign will appear in South Korea and several high-profile advertising locations
Samsung Electronics has launched a series of outdoor billboard campaigns promoting its Micro RGB display technology at major landmarks around the world, aiming to increase visibility among consumers in key international markets.
The campaign will appear in South Korea and several high-profile advertising locations, including Times Square, Piccadilly Circus and the Entertainment Building. The billboards are scheduled to run through the end of the year.
Campaign focuses on display technology
The advertising creative highlights the capabilities of Samsung’s Micro RGB AI Engine Pro, focusing on its color control technology and its ability to deliver vivid and detailed visuals.
According to Samsung, the campaign demonstrates how the technology uses red, green and blue backlights combined with AI-powered processing to enhance image quality.

Dance performance showcases visual capabilities
A central element of the campaign is a large-scale hip-hop dance performance developed in collaboration with choreographer Sergio Reis.
The performance is designed to visually represent the extensive range of red, green and blue backlights available in the display technology, as well as the AI engine responsible for managing color accuracy and image performance.
AI-powered viewing experiences highlighted
The campaign also promotes several AI-driven viewing features available on Samsung displays.
These include AI Soccer Mode, which allows viewers to mute commentary during matches, and Vision AI Companion, a feature that provides real-time statistics and information about players and teams while watching sports content.
Samsung said the billboard initiative is intended to showcase both the visual capabilities of Micro RGB technology and the range of AI-enhanced entertainment experiences available to users.
