MSQ acquires Arke to expand MSQ DX in North America

Independent creative, technology and media company MSQ has acquired Atlanta-based digital experience company Arke, strengthening its North American presence and accelerating the international growth of its digital experience and technology business, MSQ DX.

The acquisition follows the formal launch of MSQ DX last month, which brought together MSQ’s digital experience agencies 26 DX, MMT and UDG under a single global framework. The business focuses on AI-powered, data-driven customer experiences spanning digital product design, martech, ecommerce and operational modernisation, with outcomes measured against revenue growth, efficiency and competitive advantage.

Expansion of MSQ DX footprint

Arke adds an 80-person team based in Atlanta alongside a delivery hub in Florianópolis, Brazil. The deal expands MSQ DX’s presence across North America and complements existing capabilities in the UK and Europe, creating a network of around 600 digital specialists generating more than $80m in revenue.

The enlarged operation serves international brands including Porsche, Bosch, Vodafone, Caesars Entertainment and the CFA Institute, while extending MSQ DX’s ability to support clients across multiple regions and markets.

Opportunities for integrated client services

The integration of Arke broadens the scope of digital experience services available to MSQ clients in North America, including Chase, Mars, Booking.com and Coca-Cola. Arke’s own clients will also gain access to MSQ’s creative, performance and production capabilities through its New York hub and wider international network.

The acquisition builds on MSQ’s recent US growth, including the purchase of New York-based creative agency SPCSHP last year, which significantly increased the group’s scale in the region. The addition of a base in Brazil also supports future expansion opportunities in South America.

Arke’s background and leadership

Founded in 2005, Arke operates across UX, engineering and martech and has grown its revenues to $15m over the past three years. Its client portfolio includes brands such as Chick-fil-A, Inspire Brands, Hersheypark and Equifax, and the company has been listed on the Inc. 5000 ranking of fast-growing private businesses in the US.

Eric Stoll will join MSQ DX’s global leadership team alongside Florian Frey, Mathias Reinhardt and Rebecca Crook, and will lead the digital experience business in the Americas with his existing management team. Arke will transition to the MSQ DX brand over the coming months.

Strengthening technology partnerships

The deal also deepens MSQ’s relationships with major technology platforms. Arke brings a senior partnership with Contentstack, where it is one of four Elite Partners globally and was recently named 2025 Agency Partner of the Year, alongside MSQ’s longstanding relationship with Optimizely in the US.

Peter Reid, group CEO, MSQ: “Arke is a brilliant addition to the growing MSQ family and further accelerates a number of strategically important points in our growth plans – building out our presence in North America, delivering on our vision to create a global digital experience and tech powerhouse, and adding a near-shoring facility in Brazil where we can expand our capabilities.”

Eric Stoll, founder and CEO, Arke: “MSQ’s multi-disciplinary structure, cultural alignment and global reach make this the right point for our next chapter. The combined business allows us to deliver AI-powered digital experiences at greater scale, across the full customer lifecycle, supported by MSQ’s data, media, creative and production capabilities.”

Ben Rudman, executive director, MSQ: “With Arke joining our digital experience and technology businesses, we now have around 600 people working across this area globally. The cultural fit and shared ambition are clear as we continue to build a connected international powerhouse.”

The Arke acquisition is the most recent step in MSQ’s expansion strategy in the US, following the addition of agencies spanning creative, media, sport and entertainment, PR and production, as well as recent acquisitions in strategy, commerce and AI-led production in Europe.
