MKG promotes Mili Marcetic to VP of Production

In her expanded role, Marcetic will continue overseeing MKG’s production discipline while becoming executive lead for key client partnerships

MKG, the creative agency specializing in brand experience and experiential marketing, has promoted Mili Marcetic to Vice President, Production & Partnerships as the creative agency expands the responsibilities of senior leaders to support integrated brand and content work.

Marcetic has been with MKG since 2013 and has progressed through four roles, beginning as a producer before taking responsibility for the agency’s production organisation across its New York and Los Angeles offices. She has led projects for clients including BÉIS, Sephora and Revolve.

Marcetic expands production and client responsibilities

In her expanded role, Marcetic will continue overseeing MKG’s production discipline while becoming executive lead for key client partnerships. Her responsibilities will also include developing new business opportunities, strengthening existing client relationships and representing the agency at industry and cultural events.

Lisa Wang Martin, Managing Director at MKG: "Mili has built her reputation at MKG by consistently delivering exceptional work and solving complex challenges. As we've continued to evolve, it became clear that her greatest strength extends beyond production. She's incredibly culturally fluent and has an instinct for turning what's happening in the world into opportunities for our clients and our agency. She's exactly the person we want making a first impression with new clients and helping shape the next chapter of our growth."

MKG broadens senior leadership roles

Marcetic said the promotion builds on her experience working with clients and teams during her 13 years at the agency.

Mili Marcetic, Vice President, Production & Partnerships at MKG: "I've spent my career at MKG bringing ideas to life for our clients, and I'm excited to build on the experience and relationships I've developed over the past thirteen years to introduce more brands to what makes MKG special, while staying closely connected to the work that got me here."

Agency expands beyond experiential work

Marcetic’s promotion follows MKG’s appointments of Annie Bleisnick as Chief of Staff and Mary Anne Broccolo as Vice President, Creative. The agency said the three leadership moves reflect its broader expansion into integrated brand and content engagements that extend beyond live experiences.

MKG said it is broadening the remit of senior executives who are closely involved in client work rather than adding management layers. The approach is intended to give leaders a greater role in developing client relationships, identifying business opportunities and shaping the agency’s direction.
