Elite Island Resorts elevates Antigua tourism push
The film forms the latest phase of the campaign to promote Antigua through destination-focused storytelling
Elite Island Resorts has expanded its A Love Letter to Antigua destination marketing campaign with the release of a cinematic short film highlighting the island's landscapes, culture and heritage.
The film forms the latest phase of the campaign, which was launched in March 2026 to promote Antigua through destination-focused storytelling that extends beyond its beaches.
Film showcases culture and local experiences
Filmed across Antigua, the short film features locations including Devil's Bridge and Nelson's Dockyard, alongside the island's beaches, local communities and natural landscapes. It also highlights experiences such as sailing, waterfront dining and cultural attractions, with an emphasis on showcasing the destination beyond the resort environment.
According to Elite Island Resorts, the campaign aims to present a broader view of Antigua through authentic stories about its people, history and culture.
Campaign builds on destination storytelling
Since its launch earlier this year, A Love Letter to Antigua has included creator-curated itineraries, an interactive island map and digital content featuring cultural landmarks, local traditions and protected natural areas.
Kari Tarnowski, Chief Commercial Officer at Elite Island Resorts: "From the beginning, A Love Letter to Antigua was about more than showcasing a beautiful place; it was about honoring the people, culture, and experiences that make Antigua truly special. This film allows us to tell that story in a powerful new way, capturing the heart of the island through authentic visual storytelling and sharing it with audiences around the world."
Tourism campaign highlights local identity
Elite Island Resorts said the campaign reflects its long-term commitment to promoting Antigua through partnerships with creators, storytellers and community members. The latest film will be distributed across the company's digital and social media channels as part of its ongoing destination marketing efforts.
