Digital Natives wins Molecule agency account

Digital Natives has been appointed U.S. strategic and creative agency of record for mattress brand Molecule following a competitive three-way pitch process.

The agency will lead a social-first strategic and creative programme across multiple brand touchpoints, with activity focused on building awareness and supporting sales growth in the U.S. market.

Social-first strategy planned for 2026

Digital Natives will develop its first campaign for Molecule throughout 2026, using a phased approach designed to maintain brand consistency while allowing flexibility across media, activations and regional markets.

The first campaign activity is scheduled to launch in the second quarter of 2026.

According to the companies, the work will centre on a social and influencer-led content strategy supported by out-of-home advertising, experiential activations and influencer partnerships throughout the year.

Agency selected after competitive pitch

Laura Brewick, Chief Marketing Officer, FXI: “We chose to partner with Digital Natives for their standout creativity, strategic thoroughness and consistently strong ideas. Their team is innovative, hands-on and brings the kind of collaborative energy that elevates the work at every step.”

Digital Natives said the appointment reflects increasing demand from brands for integrated social-first marketing approaches that combine digital content with physical brand experiences.

Alistair Fitch, Co-Founder & CEO, Digital Natives: “This is an exciting win for us, not just because of the scale and ambition, but because it reflects our continued appeal in the U.S. Molecule has a clear desire to punch above its weight, and that's where creativity becomes a real competitive advantage.”

Focus on influencer and experiential activity

The agency said it plans to develop an always-on content model aimed at increasing relevance and visibility for the brand within the competitive mattress category.

Alistair Fitch: “We're looking forward to helping define white space for the brand by building an always on social-first approach - supported by impactful real world activations - to drive relevance for this exciting category challenger.”

The Molecule appointment follows additional recent business wins for Digital Natives, including work for Fujifilm and KP Snacks brands Whole Earth and Tyrrells.
