Hearst titles join Netflix content lineup
The rollout will begin in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.
Hearst Magazines will make a selection of its digital video content available on Netflix from 3 August as part of a new short-form content initiative. The rollout will begin in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.
Netflix members in those markets will be able to access videos from Hearst brands including Cosmopolitan, Delish, ELLE, Good Housekeeping, Harper's BAZAAR, Seventeen, Town & Country and Women's Health through the platform's homepage.
Short-form series join Netflix
The content includes existing digital series such as ELLE's Where Is the Lie? and Harper's BAZAAR's Burning Questions, alongside lifestyle, fashion, food, wellness and culture programming from the publisher's portfolio.
Episodes will range from approximately three to 20 minutes in length and will cover topics including celebrity interviews, fashion, cooking, wellness and home inspiration.
Expanded distribution
The agreement makes Hearst Magazines one of the digital publishers participating in Netflix's initial group of short-form content partnerships, extending the distribution of its editorial video content to audiences on the streaming platform.
