MKG promotes Mary Anne Broccolo to VP, Creative

Previously serving as Executive Creative Director, Mary Anne Broccolo will continue leading creative development for key clients

MKG has promoted Mary Anne Broccolo to Vice President, Creative, expanding her leadership responsibilities as the agency broadens its work across brand experience, content and storytelling projects.

Previously serving as Executive Creative Director, Mary Anne Broccolo will continue leading creative development for key clients while taking on responsibility for multidisciplinary team leadership, project resourcing and creative operations. The role also places oversight of creative staffing and team structure under her leadership.

Leadership role supports integrated creative services

Lauren Austin, Chief Creative Officer, MKG: "As the scope of our work expands, we need leaders who understand not just the creative ambition behind the work, but what it actually takes operationally to deliver it efficiently and at a high level. Mary Anne has a unique ability to bring organization and structure to complex creative work without compromising the craft, which has made her an incredibly important leader inside the agency."

The agency said the promotion aligns with its expansion from experiential marketing projects into broader brand, content and storytelling assignments. According to MKG, these engagements require closer collaboration between creative, production, strategy and client teams.

Agency adapts leadership structure

Mary Anne Broccolo, Vice President, Creative, MKG: "Clients come to MKG for bold experiential campaigns, and increasingly they're looking to create an impact far beyond the live moment. A big part of this role is not only making sure we have the right talent, but also the right team structure and creative processes to deliver that work at the level our clients expect from us."

The promotion follows MKG's appointment of Annie Bleisnick as Chief of Staff. The agency said the leadership changes are intended to support a more integrated organization as client assignments become broader and involve multiple disciplines.
