María Fernanda Gutiérrez joins Grey Mexico as President

Grey, the global creative agency renowned for its “Famously Effective” ideas, has announced the appointment of María  Fernanda Gutiérrez as CEO of Grey Mexico, effective September 1, 2025. María will report directly to Laura Maness, Grey’s Global CEO, and will lead the agency into its next era of growth, creativity, and innovation.

Proven Experience Across Leading Global Networks

María brings two decades of leadership experience across Publicis Groupe agencies, including roles as COO of Leo Constellation MX and key leadership positions at PublicisMX and Publicis Worldwide, where she worked with major clients such as Citibanamex, Nestlé, Liverpool, and MG Motor.

Her career also includes leadership and client partnership roles at Saatchi & Saatchi, Digitas, and Leo Burnett, where she drove business and brand transformation for AB InBev, Coca-Cola, Microsoft, and other global brands.

María’s appointment underscores Grey’s ongoing commitment to investing in top talent and strengthening its leadership across key global markets.
