ADC names global jury for Young Guns 24
More than 100 judges from around the world will evaluate entries across multiple creative disciplines
The Art Directors Club (ADC), part of The One Club for Creativity, has announced the international jury for ADC Young Guns 24, its portfolio-based competition recognising creative professionals aged 30 and under. More than 100 judges from around the world will evaluate entries across multiple creative disciplines.
Young Guns is open to creatives who are 30 or younger and have at least two years of professional experience, whether full-time or freelance. Entrants can submit a portfolio combining professional and personal work.
International jury spans five regions
The jury includes creative leaders from the Asia-Pacific region, Europe and the UK, Latin America, the Middle East and Africa, and the US and Canada. Among them are previous Young Guns winners, including Marta Cerdà Alimbau, Christopher Brand, Julien Hébert, Joaquin Salim and Siavosh Zabeti.

Entry period underway
The online entry system is open, with the regular entry deadline set for August 27, 2026. The final deadline is September 24, 2026. Winners will be announced in January 2027, followed by the Young Guns 24 awards ceremony in New York on January 27, 2027.
The competition regularly attracts entries from more than 45 countries, with over 50 percent of submissions coming from outside the United States.
Winners receive annual recognition
Each winner receives a version of the ADC Young Guns Cube created exclusively for the year's class, along with a permanent profile on the Young Guns website. Winners also receive a one-year membership to The One Club for Creativity, permanent membership in the Young Guns network and access to opportunities provided by programme sponsors.
Past Young Guns recipients include filmmakers Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert, director Joseph Kosinski, designers Stefan Sagmeister, Natasha Jen and Jessica Walsh, illustrator Christoph Niemann, fashion designer Kerby Jean-Raymond and artist and filmmaker Calmatic.
Branding for ADC Young Guns 24 and this year's Young Guns Cube trophy was created by Brooklyn-based illustrator and designer Chantal Jahchan, who won Young Guns 23.
