Plan.Net launches Agentic AI business unit

The unit will provide international clients with consulting, technical implementation and operational services

Plan.Net Group has launched Plan.Net Agentic AI, a business unit focused on AI-driven marketing transformation for enterprise clients. The unit will be led by Hadi Lotfi and Konrad Schreiber as managing directors.

The new division will support organisations in integrating AI across marketing operations, covering strategy, data intelligence, content production, activation and performance. Rather than focusing on individual AI tools, the unit aims to help companies implement AI across marketing processes and operational workflows.

Enterprise focus

Plan.Net Agentic AI will provide international clients with consulting, technical implementation and operational services drawn from across the Plan.Net Group. Its services include developing AI operating models, designing agent-based architectures, deploying AI systems and supporting data-driven marketing processes.

According to the company, the unit employs around 40 specialists and is already managing AI programmes for clients in the banking, FMCG and automotive sectors across multiple markets. Existing AI services within the Plan.Net Group will continue to focus on standardised solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, while the new unit is dedicated to enterprise organisations with more complex requirements.

Leadership team appointed

Christian Schmitz, CEO of Plan.Net Group: "AI tools are already being used in many companies. Today's challenge lies elsewhere: what is missing are robust processes, clear responsibilities, and a scalable setup. Making AI effective across the entire marketing value chain is exactly where Plan.Net Agentic AI comes in. We are creating an offering that does not aim at isolated efficiency gains but at comprehensive marketing transformation.

"With Hadi Lotfi and Konrad Schreiber, we have a strong leadership team that brings together technological innovation, operational excellence, and entrepreneurial scalability."

Konrad Schreiber joins Plan.Net from Deloitte, where he served as director of artificial intelligence and data. He previously held the role of deputy head of data and AI at MaibornWolff. Together with Hadi Lotfi, he will oversee the development of the unit's AI portfolio and its operational growth.

Focus on AI integration

Hadi Lotfi, managing director at Plan.Net Agentic AI: "When systems, data, and responsibilities do not work together, AI initiatives remain isolated solutions. With Plan.Net Agentic AI, we are creating the foundation for an end-to-end operating model and designing the agentic architecture in which AI functions reliably and can be managed effectively. This enables us to orchestrate our clients' end-to-end marketing transformation while combining innovation, operational excellence, and compliance."

Konrad Schreiber, managing director at Plan.Net Agentic AI: "AI only creates value at the intersection where domain expertise meets technology and people meet machines. We do not build AI alongside the company; we embed it into its data, processes, and architecture. In this way, we turn agentic solutions into scalable business models that transform marketing end-to-end while combining innovation, operational effectiveness, and compliance."
