Havas Moonfolks strengthens leadership in Indonesia
Havas Moonfolks has appointed Erwin Airlangga as Chief Strategy and Growth Officer as part of a broader leadership expansion aimed at supporting the agency’s growth plans in Indonesia.
The move strengthens strategic leadership across the agency’s media services while reinforcing its commercial capabilities.
Airlangga brings 26 years of experience in marketing and communications, having most recently served as Chief Strategic Officer at Dentsu Creative. He previously spent 15 years as Chief Executive Officer at Dwi Sapta Integrated Marketing Communication and currently serves as Vice President – Communications at the Indonesia Marketing Association.
Leadership expansion supports growth strategy
In his role, Erwin Airlangga will focus on strengthening strategic planning and accelerating business development as the agency expands its market presence.
The appointment forms part of a broader leadership update designed to strengthen capabilities across trading, commerce, operations and client management.

Agency promotes leaders across key functions
Several internal promotions accompany the leadership expansion. Yuni Isdiyatiningsih has been promoted to Head of Trading, focusing on trading performance and value delivery.
Sanchar Roy has been appointed Head of Commerce and Digital Planning, integrating commerce and performance-focused planning into the agency’s offering.
Deriz Syarief now serves as Head of Operations, responsible for operational delivery and scalability across the business.
Client leadership and operations strengthened
Airin Aprila has been named Client Services Director, reinforcing senior-level client partnerships and service delivery. The agency has also recruited additional staff across trading, account management and planning functions to support expanding client work.
Stefanus Christopher continues to lead the agency as General Manager and is currently in his second year in the role.
Growth driven by rebrand and new clients
The leadership changes follow the agency’s rebrand to Havas Moonfolks and a period of business expansion. Since the rebrand, the agency has added several clients including GSK, Webull, Yoyic, Samsonite and American Tourister, Emirates, Hanasui and Cinepolis.
