VCCP strengthens network with Social Club

VCCP has launched VCCP Social Club, an expanded social capability designed to strengthen the agency’s global approach to socially led creativity. The initiative brings together more than 80 specialists across the network to help brands stand out in an increasingly crowded social landscape.

The collective aims to support brands in building visibility within communities and wider culture. It integrates expertise across social strategy, content creation, community engagement, influencer marketing, digital innovation and paid, owned and earned social, reinforcing VCCP’s focus on socially native work that contributes directly to client outcomes.

Agency responds to increasing demand for socially led creative

VCCP Social Club is built to address the complexity of modern platforms, where brands require socially native concepts from the outset rather than adapted traditional advertising. The offer spans the full range of social capabilities, including strategy and governance, paid media, creator and content production, influence and talent, community and culture, data and measurement, and responsible use of AI.

As part of the initiative, Bridget Limbrey has been promoted to Managing Director. She will focus on scaling the Social Club across the global network and aligning teams behind a unified vision for social excellence. Limbrey brings a broad background at VCCP, including leadership on major pitches and key accounts for global and UK clients.

She will work alongside Alex Dalman, Head of Social and Innovation; Tiffany Mondesir, Head of Social Strategy; and David Feldman, Social Executive Creative Director.

New creative talent and dedicated content studio in London

The agency has also strengthened its creative capabilities with the appointment of social creative director Lucy Hancock. Known for developing culturally resonant ideas rooted in editorial and broadcast craft, Hancock previously worked at BBC Three, BBC News and Vice Media.

A core component of the offer is the Social Clubhouse, a dedicated content studio located at VCCP’s new Berners Street office in London. The facility enables agile production and access to real-time cultural insight.

David Feldman, Executive Creative Director of Social and Content, VCCP: “More than ever, social is the centre of everything. In building a team of the best social people in the industry, we’re in a position to create work that shines brighter than ever before.”

Alex Dalman, Head of Social and Innovation, VCCP: “VCCP Social Club does what we do best at VCCP: challenging the bad habits of the industry. For too long, social media has been associated with meaningless chaos and frivolity. But with VCCP Social Club, we have set out to pursue a brighter, more optimistic approach by focusing on meaningful, high-quality content. Social is no longer a bolt-on; it’s the engine room for modern brand growth.”

Julian Douglas, CEO of VCCP Group: “At VCCP Social Club we’re powered by a new operating model, grounded in the belief that Social is the Sun in your business today. The world revolves around social, and we want to make it (and our content) better. Just as the sun’s warmth creates the perfect atmosphere for people to connect IRL, VCCP’s Social Club helps brands find their cultural heat online so they too can bring people closer, enhance community, and supercharge their relevance.”

Unified global social capability for clients

The global rollout of VCCP Social Club ensures that clients across the network can access a single, integrated social offer, supporting consistent and effective strategy and execution across markets.
