Saatchi & Saatchi names Ben McNaughton as Head of Design
Saatchi & Saatchi has appointed Ben McNaughton as Head of Design, strengthening its senior creative leadership team as it develops its integrated design offer.
Ben McNaughton joins the agency’s creative leadership under Franki Goodwin and will work alongside William John and Caroline Paris. He reports directly to Franki Goodwin.
Design discipline expands within creative team
The appointment signals Saatchi & Saatchi’s focus on expanding its specialist design capability within the broader creative department. The role positions Ben McNaughton to lead the integration of design across campaigns and brand platforms.
Ben McNaughton spent 16 years at Mother London, where he most recently served as Head of Design. During his tenure, he contributed to the development of the agency’s Communication Design department and led design work for brands including IKEA, KFC, Starbucks, Trainline and Uber.
Creative leadership focus
Before joining Mother London, Ben McNaughton began his career as a Creative Designer at Publicis London.
