Cannes Lions 2024: Introducing Nick Coronges, Nic Taylor, Najoh Tita-Reid

Nick Coronges

Global Chief Technology Officer, R/GA

As Global Chief Technology Officer, Nick leads R/GA’s Technology capability across the agency’s global network. In this connected age, Technology is a critical element of R/GA’s work with clients, infused into business consulting and transformation strategy, product and service development, and communications and campaigns. Nick oversees a global staff of developers and technologists and works closely with clients such as Samsung, Nike, Beats by Dre, and Google as well as early-stage and emerging startups to anticipate and strategically integrate advances in technology.

In his nearly 10 years at R/GA, Nick was deeply involved in the Nike and R/GA partnership that resulted in many breakthrough products such as NIKEiD and the Nike+ platform. Nick cofounded the R/GA Accelerator program and built the Technology capability for R/GA in Europe.

Nick’s work has been recognised by the industry with many of its most esteemed awards, including the Cannes Integrated Titanium, the D&AD Black Pencil, International Andy Gold, One Show awards, and Adweek’s Campaign of the Decade.

Prior to joining R/GA, Nick developed systems for managing Internet-connected hardware at a startup in San Francisco, and early web applications for clients at digital agencies in San Francisco and New York City.

Nic Taylor

SVP and Head of Agency, The Lego Group

Nic joined The LEGO Group as SVP and Head of Agency just over 2 years ago.

Nic has a global advertising career spanning 25 years leading award winning agencies. Prior to joining The LEGO Group, Nic was CEO of Catorce DDB, a global agency headquartered in Barcelona.

Before joining Catorce DDB, Nic was the CEO of McCann World Group Australia leading a national team and integrated offering across 4 office locations.

Prior to McCann, Nicole was the CEO of DDB Sydney. A highly awarded integrated creative agency recognised for its creative excellence and innovation on Volkswagen, McDonald’s and Sydney Opera House.

Nic is highly regarded by the industry for her integrity, very collaborative style and the strong relationships that she builds both internally and externally. She is a passionate advocate for diversity and has Board experience for industry and charity organisations.

Nic is married to her soul mate. They have a young daughter Ruby. They seek out adventures and make decisions where the family can learn and grow together.

Najoh Tita-Reid

Chief Brand and Experience Officer, Mars Petcare

Najoh Tita-Reid is Chief Brand and Experience Officer (CBExO) at Mars Petcare responsible for creating a seamless brand and consumer experience across the portfolio of brands and services, including digital. Najoh has worked for some of the world’s largest companies in technology, healthcare, pharmaceutical and CPG, including Bayer, Merck, GlobalHue, P&G and most recently Logitech as Global CMO responsible for marketing, brand equity, creative, branded and direct-to-consumer e-commerce, and marketing transformation worldwide.

A recognized marketing leader, Najoh has been named on Campaign U.S.’s CMO 50 list, Fortune’s List of Top 50 Entrepreneurial CMOs, Yahoo! Finance’s Hero Women’s Role Models, Women’s Tech Network’s Top 100 Women to Watch and honored with AdWeek’s Brand Genius Award. Najoh also co-founded the Black Executive CMO Alliance.
