PRCA names Structured Mediation as civil mediation partner

The Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA) has appointed Structured Mediation as its Civil Mediation Partner for the next year. The partnership offers PRCA members access to sector-specific mediation services aimed at resolving disputes outside the courtroom.

Structured Mediation provides expertise tailored to the PR and creative industries, helping agencies, production companies, and clients settle disagreements that arise from collaborative projects. As part of the partnership, PRCA members can access a complimentary 30-minute consultation with Structured Mediation until December 2025.

Support for constructive conflict resolution

Sarah Waddington CBE, CEO, PRCA: "Our industry is built on collaboration, but that doesn’t mean disputes never happen. Having a trusted mediation partner like Structured Mediation gives our members an option to resolve challenges quickly and constructively, without the costs and consequences of going through the courts. We’re delighted to welcome them as our civil mediation partner for the year ahead."

Tailored mediation for the PR industry

Nigel Sarbutts, founder, Structured Mediation: "Disputes in PR and communications often involve work that has been co-created by parties who started out with shared aims and centres on highly subjective terms like vision or ambition. With decades of experience in the PR industry I can help both sides untangle that complexity and reach an agreement that avoids the enormous cost and emotional drain of legal proceedings. I’m delighted to be partnering with the PRCA to save members time, money and sleepless nights."
