Dékuple expands internationally as revenue climbs

The Dékuple Group recorded net sales of 117.4 million euros in the first half of 2025, an increase of 12.3 percent compared to the same period in 2024. Net revenue reached 88.3 million euros, up 5.8 percent, driven largely by strong performance in Digital Marketing and international expansion.

Bertrand Laurioz, Chairman and CEO, Dékuple: "The first half of 2025 confirms the strength of our multi-expertise model and the relevance of our strategy. In a highly challenging economic environment, DÉKUPLE delivered robust growth, fueled by the momentum of Digital Marketing and the international expansion of our activities."

Digital Marketing leads performance

Digital Marketing, which now represents nearly 70 percent of total net sales, generated net revenue of 52.6 million euros, up 16.1 percent. Growth was supported by recent acquisitions, the rollout of proprietary technology and data marketing solutions, and the group’s investments in AI applied to marketing.

Consulting and Technology reported 22.6 million euros in net revenue, down 3.5 percent, reflecting delayed client decision-making in the first quarter but showing signs of recovery in the second. Agencies and Solutions delivered 30 million euros, up 37.2 percent including acquisitions, though slightly lower on a like-for-like basis.

Magazines and Insurance adapt to markets

The Magazines division posted net revenue of 31.8 million euros, a decline of 6.9 percent in a shrinking press market. The subscription portfolio stood at 1.79 million as of June 30, 2025. Dékuple is focusing on profitable customer segments, optimized campaigns, and new partnerships to reinforce recurring revenues.

Insurance revenue totaled 3.9 million euros, down 1.8 percent. After a slow first quarter, sales improved in the second, supported by AI-driven marketing programs that strengthened customer loyalty, particularly in health insurance.

International expansion boosts growth

Revenue in France reached 78.2 million euros, down 2.9 percent. International revenue rose sharply to 10.1 million euros, a 245.3 percent increase, reflecting acquisitions in Germany, the Netherlands, and Spain. On an organic basis, international growth reached 7.2 percent.

Outlook

Laurioz: "Backed by the talent of our 1,200 employees, our innovation capabilities, and our solid financial foundation, DÉKUPLE approaches the second half of the year with confidence, pursuing profitable and selective growth both in France and internationally."

The company plans to continue investing in recurring businesses such as magazines and insurance while accelerating the growth of Digital Marketing through innovation and targeted acquisitions.
