5W PR, Haute Jets Track 142,000 millionaires on the move
Haute Jets and 5WPR have published a report analysing global wealth migration and its impact on private aviation routes, highlighting record levels of high-net-worth relocation and shifting travel patterns.
The Haute Jets Wealth Migration Report examines international movements of wealthy individuals alongside aviation data, identifying emerging corridors linking financial hubs and lifestyle destinations.
Record movement of global wealth
The report projects that 142,000 millionaires will relocate internationally in 2025, rising to 165,000 in 2026. It identifies the United Kingdom as experiencing the largest outflow, with a projected loss of 16,500 millionaires and associated wealth of $91.8 billion.
In contrast, the United Arab Emirates leads global inflows, with Dubai forecast to continue attracting high-net-worth individuals. The United States remains a key destination, particularly the state of Florida.
Private aviation routes reflect migration trends
The findings show that private aviation activity is closely aligned with these migration patterns. Key corridors include connections between New York City and Miami, as well as between London and Dubai.
Global business jet departures reached 3.88 million in 2025, representing a 34 percent increase compared to 2019 levels. Charter services account for over half of market revenue, while fractional ownership is identified as the fastest-growing segment.
Crypto wealth and regional growth reshape flows
The report also highlights the growing influence of digital assets, with a rise in crypto millionaires contributing to new migration patterns. These flows are adding complexity to traditional routes, with increased movement towards cities such as Dubai and Miami.
Latin America is identified as a growth region for private aviation, with countries including Brazil, Colombia and Venezuela recording strong increases in activity.
Ronn Torossian, Founder and Chairman, 5WPR: "What the data shows in 2025 is not a softening of wealth migration — it is an acceleration and a diversification. The old pattern of UK to Switzerland, New York to Florida, is now layered with crypto wealth moving to Dubai, Latin American capital landing in Miami, and a new generation relocating for tax structure as much as lifestyle. Every one of these migration events is a multi-home lifestyle being built. The private aviation industry sits at the intersection — and that intersection has never been more active."
Miami emerges as financial and lifestyle hub
The report points to Miami’s expanding role as a financial centre, with investment firms and financial institutions establishing a stronger presence in the city. This shift is supported by significant growth in luxury real estate and migration-driven wealth inflows.
Kamal Hotchandani, Chief Executive Officer, Haute Jets: "The New York-to-Miami corridor, the London-to-Dubai corridor, Miami-to-São Paulo, Miami-to-Caracas — these are not just private aviation routes. They are the physical connective tissue of a global UHNW class now living across three or four residences. Understanding where the wealth is moving is prerequisite to serving it."
