SOCIAL.INC is directly looking for a:

Project Manager 32-40 hours/week

SOCIAL.INC was founded in 2009 and works for clients such as the Flower Council of Holland, IKEA Foundation, D66, LeasePlan, Randstad, Yuverta, Techniek Nederland, and Stegeman. We want our team to reflect society.

The client

The Flower Council of Holland is an independent foundation tasked with consistently keeping flowers and plants at the top of European consumers' minds. The organization is funded by domestic and foreign growers that are members of Royal FloraHolland and by trading companies that are Royal FloraHolland's customers.

What are you going to do?

A new assignment or question comes in. Great! As a Project Manager, you go straight into planning mode. Together with the Client & Content Director, you are the customer's point of contact and sparring partner. You identify what the customer needs and know how to translate this into an action plan. For this, you get input from colleagues within your customer team. You start by making a budget and back planning and based on the briefing. You feel flawless which steps need to be taken.

You are aware of the status throughout the project and proactively communicate this to the customer and the internal team. Colleagues rely on your skills to establish and monitor clear lines, planning, and deliverables. You ensure that the project is completed within the set time, scope, and budget.

We mainly work on campaign-based projects with a high throughput speed in the client team where you will be working. Flexibility to work with this and experience with productions is therefore a must.

We create social content in the Netherlands, and our colleagues in France, Germany, and the UK coordinate it for their countries. Therefore, communication is in English. Knowledge and/or affinity with flowers and plants is a good bonus.

Who are you?

Someone who likes structure and is good at planning and organizing, and looking ahead. You can switch quickly between your activities and the projects without losing sight of quality.

Because of your clear communication skills, colleagues and customers know exactly where they stand. You are ambitious, responsible, and take the initiative.

Furthermore, you have:

• 3 - 5 years’ work experience
• HBO/WO work & thinking level
• Experience in planning and supervising project teams
• Experience with project administration, purchasing, and sales
• Substantive knowledge of social media and content production is a plus
• Fluent in Dutch and English, verbally in writing is an absolute requirement
