Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our growing team of A-Players. This is a very important hire where you will have the opportunity to use your expertise in B2B digital marketing strategy to help us inspire more sustainable fashion brands to join our cause and in doing so, help them eliminate their fit problems, saving them time, money and in the process, our planet as well.

Responsibilities

  • Create Scircula’s brand book in line with our brand identity to achieve consistency across platforms
  • Planning and Executing our Digital Marketing Strategy (across all key digital B2B and social channels)
  • Coordinating Marketing + Communication Plans, Timelines and Projects with the Marketing Team
  • Monitoring, Measuring and Optimizing Results across our channels and marketing efforts
  • Designing elements used in all marketing/communications (as per our brand identity)
  • Participate in our Marketing Team Huddels (inspired by the Rockerfella Habits)

 

To be successful in this role you need to have Create Scircula’s brand book in line with brand identity + achieve consistency across assets

  • Planning and Executing our Digital Marketing Strategy (across all digital channels)
  • Co-coordinating Plans, Timelines, Projects with the Marketing Team (hit goals on brief, on time)
  • Monitoring, Measuring and Optimizing Results across our channels and marketing efforts (using tools like Google Analytics/Hubspot and Mailchimp if applicable)
  • Design elements used in all marketing/communications (as per our brand identity)
  • Participate in our Team Huddels (Rockerfella Habits - alignment, accountability)
  • Additional marketing activities may be required, however if this occurs we will discuss this together, so that you are not overwhelmed and your main responsibilities/deliverable suffer

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in both Digital Marketing Strategy & Brand Identity/Design
  • Experience in B2B marketing (sustainable fashion experience is a pre-requisite)
  • Working knowledge: HubSpot, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Medium and Twitter
  • Self-starter attitude; learn quickly, be resourceful and get the job done brilliantly
  • Excellent time management; delivering quality work on time and within budget
  • Ability to work well autonomously as well as within a marketing team of 3
  • A genuine passion and interest in our mission and helping us achieve our vision

 

Particulars

  • Starts Monday 26 April 2021
  • Workdays: Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays (office hours)
  • 3-month contract with a 3-month extension, with the aim to be full time
  • Fully remote position (working with the Amsterdam team)
