This is a position based out of the ViacomCBS, Amsterdam office. We are a client-facing four-person team in Amsterdam, working as part of the global International Operations department. We deliver content to broadcasters, from old classics to hot new releases, and everything in between. Our workflows are constantly evolving to cater to the latest developments in the world of video and audio.

As a member of the Global International operations department team you:

Deliveries:

• Work with post-facility and Deal Management on deliveries of regular Scripted TV Series
• Coordinate with other GDG Project Managers and Vendors to meet delivery schedules
• Work with Territory offices on asset availability and delivery timelines

 

Onboarding:

• Obtain technical specifications to onboard new clients requiring various formats and delivery methods.

 

Internal/external communication:

• Communication with clients and managing client expectations.
• Work with Business Affairs on technical specifications and delivery requirements.

 

Tracking:

• Track delivery dates for the purpose of monthly revenue recognition verification.
• Create Purchase Orders, manage/verify asset tracking and approve invoices.

 

That’s why we want you to have:

• A minimum of 2-3 years in international servicing with knowledge of digital audio / video mastering formats as well as some knowledge of Physical Media assets.
• Familiarity with Broadcast, SVOD, TVOD, AVOD global players, and other related Digital Media experience.
• Excellent Organizational, Prioritization, Communication and Computer Skills (excel and salesforce knowledge is a plus)
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Fluent in English (any other languages is a plus)
