The VOD Operations team is looking for a fulltime Multi-Platform coordinator to join its Amsterdam-based team.

Your responsibility is to process and distribute all Paramount’s content for publishing on non-linear platforms, for both internal and external clients.

As part of our department, you will:

Responsible for internal and external client relationships; main point of contact regarding all non-linear delivery requests and enquiries.
Ensure availability of all required media components; liaise with international teams to ensure timely and accurate access to content and any necessary localization, including video, dubbing, subtitles and metadata.
Monitoring the processing of content across systems.
Oversee and uphold the highest of quality standards on all deliverables.
Warrant on time delivery of content to ensure flawless publishing.
Troubleshoot and manage issues alongside the technical support teams.
Identify and advise on efficiencies around operational procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Provide operational support and input around departmental projects and manage the on boarding of new clients. (VOD, OTT, Apps, Mobile, Websites.)
