Publicis Groupe taps Jessica Farrell for Australia talent chief role
Publicis Groupe ANZ has appointed Jessica Farrell as chief talent officer for Australia, expanding its leadership structure to support workforce strategy and organisational culture.
Jessica Farrell will report to Pauly Grant, chief talent officer ANZ and APAC, and work with agency and people leaders across Australia to strengthen collaboration and performance.
Talent strategy focus across Australian agencies
In the role, Jessica Farrell will oversee agency heads of people and culture in Australia, with a mandate to improve retention, support performance, and maintain an inclusive workplace environment.

Experience in people and culture leadership
Jessica Farrell has served as general manager of people and culture at Publicis Groupe ANZ for the past two years, focusing on diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and employee programs.

Before this, Jessica Farrell was head of people and culture at Publicis Groupe Australia and held senior human resources roles at Nike, Virgin Active, and Red Bull.

During her tenure, Jessica Farrell has contributed to initiatives such as flexible working arrangements, flexible public holidays, and paid leave policies including gender affirmation leave, fertility treatment leave, and menopause leave. She has also supported employee action groups designed to reflect diverse identities and backgrounds within the organisation.
