PMG appoints Josh Krichefski as EMEA president

Global independent marketing services and technology company PMG has appointed Josh Krichefski as president for the EMEA region, effective 20 October. Based in London, he will lead the company’s strategy and operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, with a focus on growth, customer delivery, and developing talent and partnerships.

In his new role, Josh Krichefski will report to George Popstefanov, founder and CEO, and work closely with Jon Dupuis, global president. He will oversee all aspects of PMG’s regional business, aligning its expansion with the company’s global vision.

Leadership and growth across EMEA

Jon Dupuis, global president, PMG: “Josh’s appointment marks an exciting next chapter in our EMEA growth. With more than two decades of experience in shaping agencies and teams across Europe, Josh brings a deep understanding of both the region holistically and the strategic importance of individual markets. Josh’s leadership style reflects PMG’s values – curiosity, agility, and a relentless focus on transformation. His track record speaks for itself, but it’s his alignment with our people-centric culture and customer-obsessed mindset that makes this such a strong fit. We will partner closely to build on the strong momentum we already have in EMEA, continuing to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers across the region.”

Before joining PMG, Josh Krichefski was CEO of GroupM EMEA, overseeing 17,000 employees and managing 22 billion dollars in media investment billings across 42 markets. His career includes leadership roles as global chief operating officer at MediaCom and EssenceMediacom, and CEO of MediaCom in the UK and EMEA.

A values-driven approach to transformation

Josh Krichefski: “I'm incredibly excited to be joining PMG at such a pivotal moment in its growth journey. What drew me to the business goes beyond its impressive trajectory. PMG sits at the intersection of talent, technology and transformation – built for a marketing landscape that demands agility, speed, and innovation. From the outset, I saw a values-driven business that aligns with my own, putting people and customers at the centre, while leaning into a future powered by AI, transparency, real-time decisioning, and connected platforms. It’s that combination of purpose, modernity, and momentum that makes this opportunity so energising.”

His appointment follows a period of international expansion for PMG, including 20 percent year-on-year growth and a series of leadership additions. Recent hires include Leah Meranus as SVP customer success, Matt Dailey as head of analytics and measurement for EMEA, Chad Stoller as global head of media, and Andrea Terrassa as chief operating officer.

Expanding through acquisitions and technology innovation

PMG has strengthened its global footprint through the acquisitions of Camelot Strategic Marketing & Media, UK-based RocketMill, and Momentum Commerce, extending its retail media and performance marketing capabilities.

At this year’s Cannes Lions, the company introduced Alli Marketplace, a media-buying platform integrated into its proprietary Alli operating system. The platform launched with 22 partners and is designed to enhance transparency, automation, and intelligence in media investment.
