Panasonic selects Coolr for European social media

In addition to organic social content, Coolr will support paid social activity alongside Panasonic's existing paid social agency, Threepipe Reply

Social media agency Coolr has been appointed by Panasonic Consumer Europe to oversee social media content across multiple European markets, following a competitive pitch process.

The account covers Panasonic's entertainment, personal care and kitchen product categories, with activity spanning the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy and Poland.

Focus on social-first content

Under the brief, Coolr will be responsible for developing Panasonic's organic social media presence, with a strategy centred on social-first storytelling, lifestyle-focused content and the brand's Japanese heritage.

The agency will work to create a more consistent social media approach across European markets while supporting audience engagement and commerce-driven content initiatives.

Educational and inspirational content will form part of the strategy, connecting Panasonic's products to broader lifestyle and wellbeing themes through everyday use cases.

Multi-market partnership

In addition to organic social content, Coolr will support paid social activity alongside Panasonic's existing paid social agency, Threepipe Reply.

The appointment expands Coolr's work with international brands and strengthens its presence in the European consumer technology sector.

Adam Clyne, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Coolr: "Panasonic offers a rich heritage in thoughtful product design and is well known for designing trusted products with precision, care and simplicity. Any social content should reflect this strong brand ethos, which is why our strategy focuses on social-first content. The aim is to speak to audiences in a way that feels inspirational but still feels human, grounded and relatable. We're looking forward to elevating Panasonic's social presence through this approach for the brand and excited to see how audiences respond."

Shared vision for growth

Katie Watson, EU Social Lead, Panasonic Consumer Europe: "Social media is an important investment for us as we continue to strengthen our brand presence across social platforms in the coming year. Throughout the pitch process, Coolr demonstrated a strong understanding of our brief and a clear alignment with our ambitions. Their credibility and expertise in social-first content made them a natural partner as we embark on this next chapter. We're excited to begin working together and look forward to working closely with the team as we bring our shared vision to life."
