PACK'D selects Digital Natives for social strategy

The agency will focus on activity designed to support brand growth and commercial performance through the remainder of 2026 and into 2027.

PACK'D has appointed Digital Natives as its strategic agency partner following a competitive pitch, with the agency tasked with developing a social-first approach for the frozen fruit and vegetable brand.

The partnership covers organic social strategy, content planning and production, influencer marketing and campaign development.

Digital Natives to lead social-first activity

The agency will develop campaigns around key brand moments and product launches, with activity tailored to PACK'D's growth ambitions.

Alex Callender, Senior Brand Manager, PACK'D: "The Digital Natives team impressed us with their understanding of our brand and what we want to achieve. Frozen fruit and veg doesn't need to be second to fresh and we're confident that, with their support as our social first agency, we're about to bring the relevance of frozen to new audiences and new heights."

The appointment adds to Digital Natives' client portfolio following work secured in the US and Europe with brands including Colgate-Palmolive, Fujifilm, and KP Snacks' Whole Earth and Tyrrell's.

PACK'D targets frozen food perceptions

Alistair Fitch, Co-Founder & CEO, Digital Natives: "It's brilliant to be working with such a forward thinking brand with space to own when it comes to a social-first approach. The whole team is excited to be starting work on an account that you are about to see a lot more of, and in ways that are brand and culturally relevant, but still feel fun and unexpected."

PACK'D is a UK frozen fruit and vegetable brand focused on making nutritious food more convenient and accessible. Its range of organic frozen fruit and vegetables is available through major UK retailers and is positioned as a way for households to incorporate more fruit and vegetables into their diets while reducing food waste.
