Omnicom expands margins as revenue grows
The company said the results reflected continued momentum across its Core Operations and improved profitability
Omnicom reported organic revenue growth of 6.1 per cent in its Core Operations during the second quarter of 2026, supported by margin expansion and higher adjusted earnings as the company continued to invest in integrated services and AI-driven capabilities.
For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, Core Operations generated revenue of $6.0 billion, while reported revenue reached $6.6 billion. Non-GAAP adjusted EBITA was $1.1 billion, representing a margin of 17.8 per cent.
Earnings and margins improve
Reported operating income totalled $922.5 million, while Non-GAAP adjusted EBITA reached $1.1 billion with a reported margin of 17.2 per cent. Diluted earnings per share were $2.08, with Non-GAAP adjusted diluted earnings per share increasing 29 per cent to $2.65.
The company said the results reflected continued momentum across its Core Operations and improved profitability.
