Omnicom appoints Jantzen Bridges as Credera president
Omnicom has appointed Jantzen Bridges as Global President of Credera, the group’s enterprise transformation consultancy. The role places Bridges in charge of shaping Credera’s service and delivery strategy, with a focus on supporting enterprise clients through large-scale, AI-enabled transformation programmes.
The appointment signals an expansion of Omnicom’s consulting-led capabilities, positioning Credera to work more closely with senior enterprise leaders on modernising organisations, improving the execution of marketing and sales activity, and supporting revenue and customer growth.
Credera’s role within Omnicom
Credera operates at enterprise level, designing data, cloud, technology and operating models that underpin Omnicom’s creative, commerce and media capabilities. Its work includes governance and management frameworks, modern data and cloud architecture, marketing platform integration and workflow design to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
As Global President, Jantzen Bridges will oversee how these capabilities are delivered globally, with a remit to align technology, operations and marketing more closely as AI adoption accelerates across organisations.
AI-driven transformation priorities
John Wren, Chairman and CEO, Omnicom: "With AI fundamentally reshaping how organisations create value, our clients are asking for more than our creative, commerce, and media services. They need help redesigning their data platforms, technology strategies, and processes. We are positioned to meet that need by combining consulting discipline with creative and media scale, and Jantzen’s leadership strengthens our ability to help clients transform how marketing, technology, and operations work together."
Omnicom said the move reflects growing demand from clients for integrated transformation programmes that connect marketing performance with enterprise technology and operational design.
Jantzen Bridges brings more than two decades of experience from global consulting firms including Accenture, Deloitte, Slalom Consulting and EY. Her background includes leading enterprise-wide, technology-enabled transformations for Fortune 500 organisations across marketing, sales, service, commerce and operations.
Most recently, she served as a Founding Principal at EY Studio+, where she worked with organisations to redesign growth models using AI-focused strategies and platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, Microsoft and ServiceNow.
A systems-led approach to change
Bridges is known for a systems-level approach that aligns business strategy, technology and people. Her work has focused on moving organisations away from fragmented transformation initiatives towards integrated operating models that improve productivity, customer outcomes and the responsible use of AI in daily work.
Justin Bell, Global CEO, Credera: "Jantzen brings a combination of enterprise-scale transformation experience and a belief that technology should support people. Her appointment reinforces our position as a partner to executives rethinking growth, marketing, and operations in an AI-driven environment."
