Ogilvy promotes Kelsey Murray to global head of growth
The Ogilvy Group has promoted Kelsey Murray to the role of Global Head of Growth, with immediate effect. Reporting directly to Global CEO Laurent Ezekiel, Murray will oversee growth initiatives across the group’s agency brands, including Ogilvy, Grey, David, New Commercial Arts and INGO.
The appointment reflects The Ogilvy Group’s focus on strengthening collaboration across its network to support integrated client solutions and new business growth.
Expanded role across agency network
In her new position, Kelsey Murray will lead growth efforts across multiple agencies within the group, with an emphasis on cross-disciplinary and cross-market collaboration.

Murray joined Grey in 2022 and has played a central role in the agency’s new business activity, particularly on integrated pitches involving multiple agencies and international markets.
Focus on collaboration and business growth
During her time at Grey, Kelsey Murray contributed to several major account wins on behalf of WPP and The Ogilvy Group, including work for Henkel Consumer Brands and Kenvue, as well as creative assignments for ABInBev, Haleon and Circle K.
The Ogilvy Group said Murray’s experience bringing together teams across agencies and disciplines was a key factor behind the promotion.

The Ogilvy Group said the expanded role will support closer alignment across its portfolio of agencies while strengthening its ability to deliver coordinated creative and strategic services globally.
