Monks appoints Paula Marsilli to lead LATAM accounts
Monks has appointed Paula Marsilli as Vice President, Regional Accounts for Latin America, strengthening the agency’s leadership team as marketers shift toward AI-driven marketing operations.
Based in Miami, Paula Marsilli will oversee strategic coordination for key regional accounts, supporting clients as they adapt to an AI-first marketing supply chain.
Reporting to Sebastián Caramés, Executive Vice President for Latin America, Paula Marsilli will focus on aligning data, media, and creative capabilities to support faster decision-making and scalable brand operations across the region.
Leadership role focused on AI-enabled marketing systems
With more than 20 years of experience across Brazil, Mexico, and the United States, Paula Marsilli joins Monks at a time when the agency is integrating human expertise with AI-enabled workflows. Her role centers on helping clients move beyond asset production toward faster, insight-driven marketing decisions.
Her responsibilities include coordinating real-time brand ecosystems for key accounts and ensuring teams can respond quickly to market signals. This includes breaking down operational silos between data, media, and creative functions while building systems designed to operate at scale.
Paula Marsilli, Vice President, Regional Accounts for Latin America, Monks: “Working with key accounts in the LatAm region requires more than just traditional agency support; it requires a partner who understands the algorithmic geography of the modern feed. Monks is the only player building a true operating system for this new era. My goal is to use our talent & machine model to help these clients stop compromising between speed and quality, ensuring they can carve out their place in culture while hitting their commercial targets in real-time.”
Operational model emphasizes speed and scalability
Paula Marsilli will also focus on implementing outcome-based models that combine AI-driven execution with strategic oversight from senior teams. The approach aims to accelerate campaign timelines while allowing marketers to concentrate on strategic decision-making.
Sebastián Caramés, Executive Vice President for Latin America at Monks: “Paula's appointment reflects a shift in how we serve our most advanced clients. In the post-agency era, clients don't just need people to manage hours; they need leaders who can orchestrate complex, AI-enabled systems. Paula is the definition of the 'T-shaped talent' we are prioritizing—someone who can bridge high-tech efficiency with high-touch human strategy. She brings the operational rigor we need to raise the standard of delivery for our strategic accounts.”
Miami will also play a central role in the agency’s regional strategy, acting as a hub to support cross-border scalability and ensure brand visibility across digital marketplaces in Latin America.
Bruno Lambertini, CEO of Monks, Marketing Services: “Building a real-time brand means having the voice of the customer available in every decision and responding to trends in minutes, without a punitive commercial model. Paula understands that delivering this for clients requires more than traditional account management; it requires orchestrating a system of scale. Her leadership will empower our talent to operate at this new velocity, bridging high-tech efficiency with true cultural relevance.”
Experienced leader across global agencies and brands
Paula Marsilli previously held senior roles at several major agencies and advertisers including Natura, Uber, VMLY&R, Omnicom Media Group, McCann, and Ogilvy & Mather. A Caboré Award winner and former director of IAB Brazil, she has worked at the intersection of commerce, creativity, and data-driven marketing.
This background positions Paula Marsilli to support large-scale accounts that require strong data infrastructure alongside AI-enabled media orchestration.
