MiQ acquires Adsmovil’s Latin America business
Global programmatic media partner MiQ has agreed to acquire the Latin America business of digital advertising provider Adsmovil, expanding its footprint across 12 markets and strengthening its position in the region’s programmatic ecosystem.
The combined entity will operate as an independent programmatic solution for brands and agencies in Latin America, bringing together MiQ’s AI-powered platform and Adsmovil’s regional data and activation capabilities.
Expanding regional scale and capabilities
MiQ provides programmatic media solutions across major advertising channels through its operating system, Sigma, which connects data signals across the advertising ecosystem. The company plans to introduce Sigma in Latin America in May 2026, integrating Adsmovil’s Personas data and its retail media platform, Linki.
Adsmovil focuses on audience segmentation and omnichannel activation, with offerings spanning mobile, commerce, and digital out-of-home. Its first-party data assets and regional presence complement MiQ’s global infrastructure.
Combined offering for advertisers
The integration will bring together more than 150 employees across Latin America and enable advertisers to execute full-funnel programmatic strategies using over 400 million unique IDs. The companies aim to provide unified planning, activation, and optimization across formats including connected TV, video, mobile, retail media, and digital out-of-home.
Global clients will gain broader access to inventory and formats across the region, while existing regional clients will benefit from expanded solutions and local managed service teams.
Gurman Hundal, Co-Founder and Global CEO, MIQ: "Acquiring Adsmovil is a major step in our strategy to build the most complete, data-driven programmatic offering for clients in LatAm and around the world. As a company, our ambition has always been to connect advertisers to audiences wherever they are and however they engage with media. This acquisition allows us to include this region’s most talented minds and compelling services with our ambitious roadmap. Their focus on innovation, measurable outcomes and client partnership closely mirrors ours at MiQ."
Alberto Pardo, Founder and CEO: "When we built Adsmovil, our goal was simple: create and deliver best-in-class solutions for clients across Latin America. With this acquisition, MiQ's clients gain that edge through expanded access to mobile, retail media, and DOOH, while Adsmovil’s clients benefit through connection to MiQ’s award-winning technology and global scope. It’s a win-win for all of our clients."
Leadership and integration plans
Following completion, Adsmovil’s Latin America business will integrate into MiQ under the leadership of Eric Tourtel, CEO of Latin America. Alberto Pardo will take on the role of Chairman of MiQ Latin America and continue as an advisor to the combined organization, while maintaining Adsmovil’s U.S. business separately.
Eric Tourtel: "We are energized to join these teams together. With more than 150 people across Latin America, we are now the largest independent programmatic offering in the region, giving us the strength to help our clients excel and meet their business goals in 2026 and beyond."
