Mary Basterfield joins S4 Capital as Chief Financial Officer
S4Capital plc, the new age digital advertising and marketing services company, has announced that Mary Basterfield will take over from Peter Rademaker as Chief Financial Officer of S4Capital plc from 3 January 2022 and join the S4Capital Board.
Peter is retiring from day-to-day operations, but will remain on the S4Capital Board, as a Non-Executive Director. Mary has had over 20 years of extensive financial experience at Sony Music, Warner Music, Dentsu Aegis, Expedia, UKTV and, most recently, Just Eat.
She is a graduate of University College London and is qualified as an ACMA. Mary also serves as a Non-Executive Director of the Royal Free Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Peter joined S4Capital after 3 years as Chief Financial Officer of MediaMonks, following the S4Capital/MediaMonks merger, and has been instrumental in the first three years’ growth and success.
