Landor strengthens leadership with key hires

Landor, the global brand and design consultancy and part of WPP, has appointed Alana Eversole as Global EVP, Experience and promoted Ryan Frost to Global Executive Creative Director, as the brand and design consultancy strengthens its global leadership team and expands its experience and creative capabilities.

The appointments reflect Landor’s continued investment in helping clients build connected brands across physical, digital and sensory touchpoints as technology reshapes how consumers discover and engage with brands.

Eversole returns to lead experience offering

Alana Eversole rejoins Landor from Jones Knowles Ritchie, where she served as Executive Business Director. In the newly created role of Global EVP, Experience, she will lead the development of Landor’s global Experience practice.

Eversole brings more than 20 years of experience across brand experience, business development and growth leadership, including more than a decade at Landor. Her remit will bring together expertise across retail environments, hospitality, events, customer experience, spatial design, immersive environments and experiential marketing.

Jane Geraghty Global CEO, WPP Brand & Design and CEO, Landor: "As brands compete for attention in an increasingly fragmented and AI-influenced landscape, physical and sensory experiences have become more important than ever. Alana brings the strategic rigor, commercial leadership and creative vision needed to help clients build memorable, differentiated experiences that move people and ultimately influence agentic choice. It's also wonderful to welcome back another Landor 'boomerang'."

Focus on connected brand experiences

Eversole’s appointment comes as brands place greater emphasis on creating stronger consumer connections amid increasing digital fragmentation and changing customer expectations.

Alana Eversole, Global EVP, Experience, Landor: "I'm excited to rejoin Landor at a moment when experience is becoming one of the most powerful expressions of brand. Consumers increasingly expect meaningful interactions across every touchpoint, and the brands that succeed will be those that create experiences people want to engage with, share and return to. Landor has world-class talent across strategy, design and creativity, and I'm excited to help bring those strengths together to deliver transformative work for clients."

Frost promoted to global creative role

Landor has also promoted Ryan Frost from Executive Creative Director to the newly created position of Global Executive Creative Director.

Based in New York, Frost will work alongside Global Executive Creative Directors Tristan Macherel, Chris Moody and Graham Sykes. Reporting to Global Chief Creative Officer Teemu Suviala, he will help shape the company’s creative direction, oversee creative output, support business development efforts and mentor creative talent across the organisation.

Frost has spent nearly 20 years at Landor, holding leadership roles in Europe, Asia and North America. Since joining the consultancy in London in 2007, he has worked in senior creative positions in Singapore, London and New York, most recently serving as Executive Creative Director, Americas.

Strengthening creative leadership

The promotion comes as organisations place increasing emphasis on brand differentiation and creative excellence in response to rapid technological change and evolving consumer behaviour.

Teemu Suviala, Global Chief Creative Officer, Landor: "Ryan has established himself as an exceptional and inspirational leader with a profound impact on Landor's creative work around the world. His influence extends far beyond the work itself. He is a trusted advisor to clients, with a natural ability to build confidence, reframe challenges and focus conversations on long-term strategic value. Ryan combines creative excellence with strong leadership and a deep understanding of how brands drive growth, making him a natural choice for this role."

Ryan Frost, Global Executive Creative Director, Landor: "Landor has given me the opportunity to build a truly global career, working alongside incredible talent and clients across multiple markets. I'm honored to step into this role at a time when creativity has never been more important. As technology continues to reshape how brands are built and experienced, our opportunity is to combine human imagination, strategic thinking and new tools to create brands that are more distinctive, meaningful and effective."

Leadership changes support growth strategy

Geraghty said the appointments will strengthen Landor’s ability to connect strategy, design, experience and creativity across its client offering.
