KW acquires MLMS to expand agent marketing tools

Keller Williams Realty, the global real estate franchise, has acquired Michael Lewis Marketing Suite, bringing a long-standing partner fully into its operations to strengthen marketing support for affiliated agents and brokerages.

The move integrates MLMS’s services into Keller Williams’ in-house offering, aiming to scale branding, design, and production capabilities across its global network. The company plans a full rollout of the integrated solutions by the end of the third quarter of 2026.

Expanding in-house marketing capabilities

Michael Lewis Marketing Suite has supported Keller Williams since 2013, serving more than 130,000 affiliated agents and delivering hundreds of custom design projects. Its services cover brand strategy, graphic design, print production, and consulting.

Chris Czarnecki, CEO and president, Keller Williams Realty: "For more than a decade, Michael’s world-class marketing suite has helped our affiliated agents and brokerages thrive, no matter the market."

Chris Czarnecki: "As a testament to that overwhelming success, we’re excited to bring MLMS fully in-house."

Strengthening agent productivity and branding

Through the acquisition, Keller Williams will provide affiliated agents and brokerages with integrated marketing services designed to streamline workflows and support business growth. These include end-to-end marketing solutions from listing to closing, as well as branding and design support tailored to individual agents and teams.

Chris Czarnecki: "At KW, we know the right models, powered by the right tools, drive powerful results. This key move strengthens both, giving our entrepreneurs the leverage to build even bigger."

Integration and rollout plans

The company stated that the integration will enhance onboarding processes, improve consistency in marketing output, and expand design capabilities to deliver assets more efficiently at scale.

Michael Lewis, CEO and creative director, Michael Lewis Marketing Suite: "Keller Williams has always been the place where entrepreneurs can build, expand, and own their brand. Now, every KW-affiliated brokerage and agent will have access to a true ‘easy button’ for branding and list-to-close services."

Michael Lewis will take on an advisory role, focusing on integration, training, and scaling the platform within the Keller Williams network.

Focus on long-term growth

The acquisition aligns with Keller Williams’ strategy to reinforce its marketing infrastructure and support agents in building their businesses locally.

Sandra Howard, chief marketing officer, Keller Williams Realty: "Our affiliated agents and brokerages are the KW brand in local markets. With this acquisition and full integration in our marketing team, we’re strengthening the foundation of how our affiliated agents build, market, and scale their business and their brands inside a system designed for long-term success."
