Kantar appoints Kristi Rogers to lead Global Solutions
Kantar has appointed Kristi Rogers as President, Global Solutions, a role that places her at the centre of the company’s marketing and branding offer. Reporting to Chief Executive Officer Paul Zwillenberg, she will oversee Kantar’s combined expertise, IP, products and technology to support clients across markets.
Rogers joins from Boston Consulting Group, where she served as Managing Director and Partner within its Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice across the UK, the Netherlands and Belgium, advising on growth strategy, AI transformation and go-to-market development.
Kantar highlights leadership for AI-driven marketing

Zwillenberg added that Rogers’ appointment, alongside recent leadership hires in client, product and regional roles, strengthens Kantar’s position in guiding brands through shifts in consumer behaviour and the rise of AI in marketing and branding.
Rogers emphasises role of data and insights

She will join Kantar in January and be based in London.
Rogers has extensive experience in data and analytics, growth strategy, M&A, consumer insights and go-to-market planning. At BCG, she also led the firm’s global TMT marketing team. Before joining the consultancy, she spent eight years in consumer goods, holding several leadership roles at Philips in the United States and Europe.
She holds a BA in International Business from the UW Foster School of Business and an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.
