EQT, Stonepeak complete takeover of Delta Fiber in the Netherlands
The acquisition of DELTA Fiber by EQT Infrastructure and Stonepeak has been completed on. DELTA Fiber has become the fastest grower in the national fiber market in recent years. Together with its new investors DELTA Fiber has the ambition to offer access to its fiber network 2 million Dutch addresses by 2025.
EQT already owns DELTA Fiber since 2017. Now EQT and Stonepeak have a joint interest in DELTA Fiber. This means that DELTA Fiber has the backing of two well-funded investors. In addition to financial strength, the investors also offer broad expertise in the field of fiber infrastructures.
