Dexerto unveils platform for gaming publishers
Omnidex currently works with more than 600 gaming and entertainment publishers
Gaming and entertainment publisher Dexerto has launched Omnidex, a supply-side platform designed to connect independent publishers with premium advertising demand through a curated network of gaming and entertainment media partners.
The platform is already processing more than 90 billion ad requests per month following a six-month beta period and aims to help publishers access advertiser budgets and brand partnerships that are often concentrated among larger media groups.
Platform reaches 225 million monthly users
According to Dexerto, Omnidex currently works with more than 600 gaming and entertainment publishers and reaches 225 million monthly active users across sectors including gaming, entertainment, sports, technology, food and lifestyle.
The company said the platform has delivered 65 active brand campaigns during its beta phase and is designed to offer an alternative to traditional programmatic advertising models.
Nicolas Hulsmans, Co-Founder of Dexerto: "Most SSPs aggregate the same RTB demand pools and layer on fees. We built something different - a publisher-led partnership model that brings the kind of advertiser relationships and endemic partnerships that independent gaming and entertainment publishers struggle to access alone.
"The traction we've seen in just 6 months validates that there's real appetite for this approach."
Focus on premium advertising partnerships
Dexerto said Omnidex combines access to a curated network of publishers with audience insights derived from first-party data collected across its owned media properties.
The platform also offers rich media advertising formats and direct campaign activation through its partnerships team, providing advertisers with visibility into placements and contextual alignment.
The company said the model is intended to provide publishers with access to advertising opportunities beyond those available through open exchanges while offering brands access to targeted youth culture audiences.
Network includes gaming and entertainment publishers
During the beta period, campaigns on the platform included activity from brands such as McDonald's, the US Navy and PlayStation.
Current publishing partners include Dexerto, Valnet, Fanbyte, Blitz and Wand. The company plans to expand the network into additional youth culture categories during 2026.
Nicolas: "Brands don't just get a brand-safe network - they get our Dexpert data layer and rich media formats they can't buy on the open exchange. That's the difference between reselling inventory and bringing something new to the table. For quality publishers, it's access to advertiser conversations they can't unlock alone. For brands, it's premium youth audiences, smarter targeting, and formats with real impact - without gambling on open exchanges."
