DÉKUPLE boosts revenue with international expansion

European communication and data marketing company DÉKUPLE reported stable progress over the first nine months of 2025, driven by the expansion of its digital and international activities. The company highlighted the resilience of its integrated model and the contribution of recent acquisitions to overall performance.

Bertrand Laurioz, Chairman and CEO, DÉKUPLE: “Over the first nine months of 2025, DÉKUPLE once again demonstrated the resilience of its multi-expert model and its ability to combine growth with profitability in a demanding environment.

Our net sales grew by 12.7 percent, fueled by the strong momentum of Digital Marketing and the acceleration of our international operations, which now represent 17 percent of total net sales, compared with 8 percent a year ago.”

Laurioz added that Digital Marketing now generates more than 70 percent of consolidated net sales and continues to progress thanks to the rebound in consulting, the integration of agencies and technological solutions, and broader international reach.

Laurioz: “This momentum reflects the Group’s ability to bring together talent, enhance expertise, and create synergies across its businesses to drive client performance.”

Digital expansion strengthens revenue base

The Group reported net sales of €175.1 million for the period, an increase of 12.7 percent year-on-year. Growth accelerated in the third quarter, helping the company maintain a positive trajectory despite uneven economic conditions. Net revenue reached €130.9 million, up 7.6 percent, supported mainly by Digital Marketing, which recorded 11.4 percent growth in the third quarter.

International activity expanded sharply to €16.8 million, up 241.1 percent, due to acquisitions in Germany, the Netherlands, and Spain. International operations now account for 13 percent of net revenue, compared with 4 percent a year earlier.

Consulting rebound and agency network expansion

Digital Marketing generated net revenue of €78.5 million over the period, an increase of 19.5 percent. This figure includes €14 million tied to acquisitions completed during the past year. On a like-for-like basis, the business posted a slight decline, reflecting ongoing pressures in European marketing spending but also the gradual recovery in consulting.

Converteo reported net revenue of €33.3 million, up 0.9 percent. After a slower first half, activity strengthened in the third quarter. With 450 consultants across Europe and North America, the consultancy continues to support brands with data, digital, and AI transformation projects.

Agencies and Solutions reached €45.1 million in net revenue, an increase of 38.4 percent including scope effects. Like-for-like performance showed a moderate decline offset by growth in technology solutions and international operations.

Magazines and insurance maintain strategic role

The Magazines division generated €46.7 million in net revenue, a decrease of 6.5 percent in a market that remains under pressure. Its active subscription portfolio stood at 1.742 million as of September 30. The Group continues to focus on targeted acquisition campaigns and long-term partnerships to reinforce recurring revenue.

Insurance activities produced €5.7 million in net revenue, down 5.4 percent. AI-enhanced programs, especially in personal protection, support portfolio loyalty.

Outlook: focus on profitable and selective growth

DÉKUPLE enters the end of the financial year with confidence, supported by momentum across its businesses and continued investment in digital and international development.

Laurioz: “We continue to pursue our selective and profitable growth strategy, built on innovation, operational excellence, and successful international integration. The Ambition 2030 Plan, to be unveiled in early December, will structure our long-term vision and guide the next phase of our development, reinforcing our position as Europe’s creative and technological leader in data marketing.

I would like to thank our 1,200 employees for their commitment and innovative mindset – the driving forces behind DÉKUPLE’s continued success.”

The company will present its Ambition 2030 Plan on December 9, before the start of trading.
