BackLite UK expands London OOH portfolio

Together, the sites reach an estimated 9 million road users each month and generate 1.8 million fortnightly impacts.

BackLite UK has expanded its Landmark Series portfolio with the addition of Chiswick Towers, two large-format digital out-of-home advertising structures located alongside the M4 in west London. The sites strengthen the company's premium London offering and will be managed by BackLite UK for media sales.

Positioned on either side of the Chiswick Flyover, the 23-metre towers are visible to traffic travelling both to and from Heathrow Airport. Each structure features double-sided LED screens with a resolution of 768 x 1008 pixels. Together, the sites reach an estimated 9 million road users each month and generate 1.8 million fortnightly impacts.

Landmark Series expands in London

Chiswick Towers will become part of BackLite UK's Landmark Series, a portfolio of premium digital screens located across central London. Existing locations include The Knightsbridge, The Cube @ Flannels, the Shoreditch Stack and the Wandsworth Roundabout.

The physical infrastructure is owned by Wildstone, while BackLite UK is responsible for media sales. Eurotunnel LeShuttle and Oura are the first advertisers to appear on the new screens.

Portfolio growth continues

David Peters, head of specialist and agency at BackLite UK: "Chiswick Towers deliver exceptional visibility among commuters, business travellers and international visitors between Heathrow and central London, and we are already seeing high-profile brands take advantage of that reach. Their addition marks another important milestone in BackLite UK's continued investment in and expansion of its Landmark Series across prime London locations."
